1.1 Purpose of this Document

2.1 Registration Requirements

To open an account at at777, all of the following conditions must be met:

• The applicant must be at least 21 years of age.
• All information provided must be truthful, complete, and up to date.
• Only one account per person is permitted.
• Registration on behalf of another person or using any automated tool is prohibited.

2.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

at777 reserves the right to verify a user's identity at any time. This process may require a national ID card, passport, or other valid government-issued document. Withdrawals may be delayed until verification is complete.

2.3 Account Security

3.1 Permitted Use

You may use the at777 platform only for personal and lawful entertainment purposes. Use of the platform for commercial purposes or on behalf of a third party is not permitted.

3.2 Prohibited Activities

4.1 Deposit Methods & Limits

The following methods are accepted for depositing funds on the at777 platform: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and other major Bangladeshi banks). The minimum deposit amount across all methods is ৳300.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. However, this time may increase if identity verification is pending or additional security review is required.

4.3 Same-Method Policy

For security reasons, withdrawal requests are generally processed using the same method used for the deposit. If this is not possible for any reason, at777 will arrange to return the funds via an alternative method.

4.4 Currency

All transactions on at777 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Deposits made in a foreign currency will be converted at the prevailing exchange rate.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit at at777, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳2,000 bonus for a total balance of ৳3,000; depositing ৳16,000 gives a maximum bonus of ৳15,000 for a total balance of ৳31,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

To withdraw a bonus, you must wager 20 times the bonus amount. This applies to the bonus amount only, not the deposit amount. Example: ৳2,000 bonus × 20 = ৳40,000 in wagers must be completed. The bonus balance cannot be withdrawn before wagering is complete.

5.3 Bonus Usage Rules

• Each bonus offer applies to one account only.
• A new bonus cannot be activated while another bonus is active.
• If wagering is not completed within 30 days of receiving the bonus, the bonus will be cancelled.
• at777 reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotional offer at any time.

6.1 General Gaming Policy

All games on at777 are operated in a fair and transparent manner. Every result is determined using Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which cannot be altered in favour of any party.

6.2 Validity of Bets

If a technical error or system disruption causes an abnormal change in a betting result, the bet in question will be considered void and the staked amount will be refunded.

6.3 Sports Betting

at777 offers betting on various sports including cricket, football, and kabaddi. For sports betting, the outcome of bets placed before a match begins depends on the official match result. If a match is cancelled or abandoned, the staked amount for the related bet will be refunded.

6.4 Dispute Resolution

If a dispute arises over a betting result, you must contact [email protected] within 72 hours of raising the dispute. at777's decision will be considered final.

7.1 Data Protection

at777 uses SSL encryption technology to protect your personal information. Your financial and personal data is not shared with third parties, except where required by a lawful request from a law enforcement authority.

7.3 Suspicious Activity

The at777 VIP program has 4 tiers in total: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Different benefits are provided at each tier. Advancement to a higher tier depends on your activity on the platform.

8.2 Weekly Cashback

Weekly cashback rates by VIP tier are as follows:

• Bronze — up to 0.2% weekly cashback.
• Silver — up to 0.4% weekly cashback.

8.3 VIP Benefit Terms

VIP benefits are non-transferable. at777 reserves the right to modify the terms or benefits of the VIP program at any time. VIP tier status may be reviewed if the account remains inactive for an extended period.

9.1 at777's Right to Suspend

at777 may temporarily suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any clause of these Terms.
• Providing false or misleading information.
• Evidence of fraudulent or deceptive activity.
• Failure or refusal to cooperate with identity verification.

9.2 Voluntary Account Closure

You may close your account at any time. To do so, send a request to [email protected]. Please withdraw any balance remaining in your account before it is closed.

9.3 Balance on Closed Accounts

If an account is permanently closed, any remaining real-money (non-bonus) balance will be returned via the deposit method associated with that account. Bonus balances will not be returned under any circumstances.

10.1 Service Disruptions

at777 makes efforts to ensure uninterrupted service, but temporary service outages may occur due to technical maintenance, network disruptions, or other reasons. at777 will not be liable for any compensation in such circumstances.

10.2 Liability for Financial Loss
